How to request deletion

A You are signed in with a buyer account

You can request deletion directly from this page, in one click, with no further steps.

B You are not signed in, or your account is a supplier or administrator account

Follow the procedure below.

  • Sign in at rosevintagelab.com with the email address of your account.
  • Go to My account → Settings, then use account deletion.
  • Or send a request, from the account’s email address, to support@rosevintagelab.com

Any request sent to support receives a reply within a maximum of 30 days (Article 12(3) GDPR).

Supplier and administrator accounts cannot be deleted autonomously, due to the contractual and accounting obligations attached to them: the request must go through support@rosevintagelab.com.

Data retained for legal obligations

Some records cannot be erased, as the law requires their retention:

Orders, invoices and accounting records10 years from the close of the financial year (Article L. 123-22 of the French Commercial Code)
Stripe transaction references13 months (chargebacks), then 5-year archiving (PSD2 and AML-CFT)
Login and security logs12 months (CNIL recommendation)

These records are dissociated from any direct identifying data: they no longer allow you to be contacted or identified.

30-day grace period

Deletion takes effect 30 days after the request. During this period you can cancel it simply by signing back in to your account. After this period, the operation is final and irreversible.
